EASY POTATOES 
2 cans sliced potatoes
Onion flakes
Paprika
Parsley
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter

Drain potatoes. Put in bowl with butter. Sprinkle freely with onion flakes, paprika and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Microwave on High 1-2 minutes until butter melts. Stir well. Microwave on low 6-10 minutes more. Can also be done in covered saucepan on low heat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
