3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced Granny Smith apples
1 c. chopped black walnuts
3/4 c. coconut

Coat nuts and coconut with 2 tablespoons flour and mix well. Add apples, nuts, coconut and flavoring.

Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 350°F.

Best cake I ever ate!!!!!
