SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3/4 c. Blue Bonnet 70% sticks
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat Blue Bonnet 70% quarters and powdered sugar with electric mixer, until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Mix flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat at low speed until just blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean.
