RICE ALMOND STUFFING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. uncooked brown rice
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced almonds

Simmer first 6 ingredients until almost all liquid is absorbed. Mix in rest of ingredients and stuff in poultry. May be baked in a covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
