GERMAN GREEN BEANS 
1-2 slices bacon, diced
1/4-1/2 c. sliced onion
1-2 cans cut green beans (#303)
1/3-3/4 c. bean liquid
1/2-1 tbsp. flour
1/8-1/4 c. vinegar
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1/2-1 tsp. salt

Fry bacon crisp. Remove and save. Cook in fat, flour and ingredients. Bring to boil; add beans. Heat and serve with bacon on top.
