COCOA CUT OFFS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix until well blended; Cover and chill 1 hour. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut into desired shapes into floured cookie cutters. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
