2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk, Boil 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla. Stir well and pour into non-stick square pan. Cut when nearly cool.
