1 c. sugar
3/4 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk. Boil 1 1/2 minutes; mix in oats. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
