PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE PIE 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. of sugar
1/2 tsp. of vanilla
1 egg

Mix these ingredients well and spread mixture on bottom of 9 inch pie shell.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon salt, add 1 1/4 cup pumpkin (cook). Blend into 2 eggs, 1 cup evaporated milk mixing well. Pour over cheese mixture. Mixture blend very well into blender. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
