RHUBARB CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 c. sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. to 1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix cake mix as directed and pour into greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb on top of batter. Sprinkle 3/4 cup to 1 cup sugar on top of rhubarb. Pour 1/2 pint liquid form whipping cream over top of all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes or until done.

When serving each piece of cake, turn as for upside down cake with rhubarb on top. Refrigerate after cool.
