RHUBARB PUDDING CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix (can use white also) 1 pt. whipping cream 3 to 5 c. fresh rhubarb, cut up Mix cake according to directions. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan, greased. Sprinkle 3 to 5 cups rhubarb over cake batter. Mix 1 pint whipping cream and 1 cup sugar. Pour over cake batter and rhubarb. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream topping. Delicious! |
