CUSTARD PIE 
2 or 3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
2 c. hot milk

Beat the eggs; add sugar, salt, cinnamon and milk. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie crust. Place in a hot oven, 450 degrees for 10 minutes to bake sides and bottom. This will prevent soggy crust. Decrease the heat to 325 degrees until a silver knife inserted in the center will come clean (about 30 minutes). Custard must not boil at any time, it will become watery.
