1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. dry mustard; optional
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
Dash Tabasco sauce
Cooked ham, turkey, chicken bacon
Pie crust

Mix the mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk, mustard, pepper and Tabasco sauce until blended. Stir in meat. Line pie crust with thin slices of any cheese (Monterey Jack, Muenster). Cover the sides and bottom.

Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green peppers if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
