RAMEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast, boiled and shredded or diced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen (3 oz.), uncooked and broken (any flavor)
2 chopped green onions

Dressing:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. seasoning (from Top Ramen)

Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Toss again. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.

Serves 4 to 6.

For crunchy noodles, add to salad just before serving.
