1 (4 or 5 lb.) beef roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) bottle of cola flavored drink
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
3 tbsp. corn oil
1 tbsp. hot sauce

Combine dry ingredients and rub on roast. Brown all sides in the oil. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 8 or 10.
