COLA ROAST 
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 or 5 lb.) pot roast
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle cola beverage
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce

Combine seasonings and rub into roast. Brown on all sides in vegetable oil in a Dutch oven. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until tender. Yield: 8-10 servings.
