COCA - COLA CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. In sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in Coca-Cola. heat to boiling. Cool slightly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour cola mixture over flour and sugar. Stir until blended. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla until smooth. Pour into greased, floured 13 x 8 inch baking dish. Scatter marshmallows evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of dish. A toothpick will not come out clean. Cool cake. Frost cooled cake with Coca-Cola Pecan Frosting.

COCA-COLA PECAN FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. Coca-Cola
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine butter, cocoa and cola in sauce pan. heat until boiling. Stir in pecans. Use to frost Coca-Cola Cake.
