RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. chopped rhubarb
3 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Use egg whites for meringue. Pour boiling water over rhubarb and let stand 5 minutes. Add sugar, egg yolks, butter and flour. Moisten with water. Add meringue and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
