CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. nuts (your choice)
1 c. cranberries, chopped

Mix together sugar, egg, orange juice, butter and water. Stir in flour, then cranberries and nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees, then cranberries and nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
