4-5 lg. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
2 lg. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 pkg. lg. marshmallows, cut in half
1/4 c. butter (approx.)

Alternate layers of first 4 ingredients in baking pan until used up. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are melted and apples are soft (about 30-45 minutes). Note: Large marshmallows are recommended, as they seem to melt better than miniatures.
