2 lb. hot Italian sausage, crumbled
1 lg. onion, diced
4 loves garlic, diced
2 tbsp. oil
2 (15 oz. each) cans chili beans, undrained
2 (15 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and crushed
1 c. beef broth or beer
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded
1 tsp. cinnamon
Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and additional chopped onion for garnish
