EASY BELGIAN WAFFLES 
2 cups pancake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
extra sugar (for crispier waffles)

In large pourable bowl, add the pancake mix. In a separate smaller bowl mix the next three ingredients. Add liquid to the mix, do not overmix. Small lumps are fine. I added 1 tablespoon sugar to crisp them up a little. Not too sophisticated but they disappeared really fast!
