QUICK & EASY CANDIED YAMS 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans cut yams in syrup (Taylor's or Bruce's)

SAUCE:

2/3 cup syrup (from canned yams)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tbsp. grated orange rind

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine syrup, sugar and butter in saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Place yams in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over yams.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
