HAMBURGER SUPREME 
5 med. potatoes, sliced
5 hamburger patties
2 lg. onions, sliced thin
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper, sliced
2 slices of bread
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Using hamburger, 1 teaspoon salt and bread (softened in a small amount of hot water), mix all together and brown. Drain off grease. Place in bottom of fry pan. Place vegetables on top. Add salt and pepper.

Pour tomato sauce over it; cover. When steam begins to escape freely from cover, turn to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
