CHEESY POTATOES 
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cans milk or more (to cover potatoes)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Heat soup, milk, onion and salt on low heat in large saucepan on top of stove. Peel and slice potatoes. Add potatoes to hot soup mixture.

Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done. May add chopped ham, browned ground beef or sausage for more flavor.
