SWISS BACON DIP 
1/2 lb. pre-cooked bacon, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well. Transfer to oven proof dish.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or melba toast. Enjoy!
