SALISBURY STEAKS FOR 6 | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. chopped onion Dash of pepper 1/3 c. water Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water; mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; drain off fat. Combine remaining soup and water; pour over patties. Bake 10 minutes more. Serves 6. |
