1 pkg. Jiffy chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
Chocolate slivers
Nuts

Make cake according to directions. Make puddings with the milk. Put ice cream over cake, then top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chips and nuts. First, bake cake in 9 x 13 pan for 15 minutes; cool cake.
