CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 orange, peeled
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkg. of cherry or raspberry Jello

Put orange and cranberries through food processor until crushed. Chop nuts and mix all ingredients together except Jello. Mix Jello and sugar with 2 cups boiled water. Add all other ingredients; place in Jello mold or bowl and chill.
