RHUBARB DREAM DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

mix as pie crust and bake 15 minutes in 9"x9" pan at 350 degrees.

2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour on hot crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
