RHUBARB PUDDING | |
2 c. flour 2 c. raw rhubarb, chopped 1/2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in milk 1 egg 1 c. sugar 1 c. sour milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. butter, melted Mix all ingredients together well. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan, dot batter with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until done. |
