OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
4-5 carrots, slices
4-5 potatoes, cut
1 lg. onion, cut
4-5 stalks celery, cut
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. V8 juice

Put all ingredients in roasting pan. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours, stirring several times. Do not brown meat. Gravy will form. Don't substitute V8 juice.
