BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. cooked ziti
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced into strips
1 lb. hot sausage or ground beef, cooked
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni

In a deep casserole dish, starting with 1/2 of the ziti, layer the ingredients, like lasagne. Cook for 1 hour, covered at 375 degrees.
