CHEESE-FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded sharp process cheese

Remove leaves, trim base from medium head of cauliflower. Wash, precook whole in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes. Drain. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt.

Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 2 teaspoons prepared mustard; spread over cauliflower. Top with 3/4 cup shredded sharp process cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 4 or 5.
