CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. creme de menthe

GLAZE:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

For brownies, beat the sugar and butter together, add the eggs and beat well. Beat in other ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or less. Cool or chill.

For filling, beat all the ingredients together, adding a drop of green food coloring if desired. Spread the filling over the chilled cake and chill again.

For glaze, melt and cool the glaze ingredients. Spread over the cake and filling, chill.
