SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce (sub. 1 can whole tomatoes for 1 can sauce if you like)
1 clove garlic (may use powdered garlic if you prefer)
1/4 tsp. parsley or 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
Approx. 2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lg. carrot

Brown garlic in cooking oil over a low heat. Add seasonings and stir. Add tomatoes, paste and sauce and carrot; stir to blend. Add more water as the sauce cooks. Simmer at least 3 hours.
