CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar (less)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Mix dry ingredients in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Make 3 holes. Put vanilla in one, oil in another and vinegar into the other. Pour water over and stir with a fork until all lumps are gone. (Do not mix with a hand beater or electric mixer.) Batter will be thin. Bake in regular oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
