SPOON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening, melted
1 egg, well beaten

Dissolve yeast in water, then mix in other ingredients. Store in refrigerator in covered bowl. Will keep for several days.
