SWEET AND TART RED CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. shredded red cabbage

Melt butter in medium size skillet. Stir in vinegar, brown sugar, onion salt, caraway seed and pepper. Add cabbage, stirring to coat. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
