FAST FIXIN' FRUIT & CAKE 
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into 9 x 13 inch pan. tilt pan until oil covers bottom. Put cake mix, eggs and water in pan. Stir with fork to blend. Spread batter evenly in pan. Drop pie filling onto batter with spoon. Fold pie filling into batter just enough to create a marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Any kind of pie filling can be substituted for cherry.
