8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
Apples
Lemon juice

Mix cream cheese until soft. Add sugars and then nuts.

Core and slice apples, leaving the skin on. Dip apples in lemon juice to prevent browning.
