SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 lb. shrimp
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box Fettucini noodles
Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook all ingredients except noodles and cheese, about 10 minutes. Cook Fettucini in lightly salted water until tender; drain. Pour shrimp mixture over cooked Fettucini and top with Parmesan cheese. Serves 8.

Surprisingly tasty for such a simple recipe. I used 98% fat free mushroom soup. It was a little thin, but my family didn't mind.
