SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 1/2 lbs. med. size shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1 box fettucini
1 c. butter
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. half & half cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in butter. Do not brown. Mix in shrimp and mushrooms until shrimp turns white. Cook fettucini. Heat half and half, combine with cooked fettucini. Add Parmesan cheese, then shrimp and mushroom mixture. Optional: Add one bunch of broccoli florets, cooked.
