2 oz. cream cheese
1 large can chili with beans
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies with juice
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 chopped onions

Layer in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Serve with taco chips.
