SPREAD FOR POTATO OR BANANA NUT
BREAD
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. orange, use juice & grate rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend well with cream cheese the juice and rind of orange. Whip in mixer until consistency of butter. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. This will keep in refrigerator, sealed up, several days. Gets more flavorful all the time.
