POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns or 11 oz. Ida Patties
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all well. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Top with: 1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
