POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns (not the patty)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion diced, cut fine
16 oz. sour cream
10 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3/4 c. melted butter (add last)

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix altogether in large bowl and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
