POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 (12 oz.) hash brown patties, thawed

1 pt. half & half
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese

To this add 1/2 pound butter. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle 4 cups of grated cheddar over this. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. You may add onion, pimento, green peppers or chilies.
