POTATO-EGG CASSEROLE 
18 eggs
3 (24 oz.) boxes grated potato patties
1/4 c. oil
1 box frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
1 lg. onion, chopped
Dollop sour cream or dash of milk
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
2 c. chopped ham
1 lb. yellow cheese, grated
1 lb. white cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic powder

Put oil in pans (2 oblong Pyrex or one 15 x 10 inch pan). Make a pie shell from the potato patties and brown until crispy (15 to 20 minutes).

Mix all ingredients except white cheese. Pour in pans. Top with white cheese. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 24 servings.
