RAISIN SAUCE 
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. water
4-5 cloves
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover the raisins with water. Add cloves and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper which have been mixed together. Stir until slightly thickened and add the remaining ingredients. (Good with ham)
